Challenge
Healthcare journeys in the region are fragmented across paper files, WhatsApp chats, and disconnected systems.
Sehtak needed a unified digital layer that works for patients, clinics, pharmacies, and admins without overwhelming any of them.
Approach
Designed a multi-portal architecture (patient, clinic, pharmacy, admin) around a shared design system and bilingual UI.
Focused on clear information hierarchy so medical data, prescriptions, and visits stay readable and actionable.
Execution
Delivered responsive web layouts for patient and clinic dashboards, appointment booking, records, and prescription flows.
Built a reusable component library to keep future mobile apps and portals visually consistent and fast to ship.
Impact
Created a scalable design and product foundation for Sehtak to launch quickly, onboard partners, and evolve into a regional health super-app.
